Section 1 - Duration of Stay: The customer signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.

Section 2 - Validation of a reservation: The reservation is considered firm only after receipt of a deposit which will be deductible from the invoice. Deposits must be paid no later than 15 days from the date of the reservation request.

Deposit requested:

- For 2 nights, the entire stay,

- For other stays: 50% of the total price of the stay (excluding consumption, excursions and decreasing discount) by bank transfer upon booking.

The payment of a deposit implies the acceptance of these general conditions of sale of the rooms. If the customer wishes, a reservation contract can be sent to him.

For reservations made online, upon receipt of the deposit, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the deposit with details of the presentation reserved, having the value of a contract.

Payment of the balance:

- Balance of the reservation to be paid by bank transfer 1 month before the start of the stay (excluding excursions).

Once there we accept cash payments (euros or Ariary) by bank transfer at the end of the stay. Credit card payments will not be accepted.


Section 3 - Cancellation by the customer: Any cancellation must be notified by email and registered letter addressed to the owner.

• Cancellation before the start of the stay:

• If the cancellation occurs before payment of the balance, ie one month before arrival, the deposit will be refunded.

• Whether the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner and the balance will be returned.

• If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the start of the stay, the entire reservation remains with the owner.

• If the client does not show up before 6 pm on the scheduled day of the start of the stay, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of his rooms. The entire reservation remains with the owner.

• In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner. Unused additional services will be refunded.


Section 4 - Cancellation by the owner: When before the start of the stay, the owner cancels the stay, for reasons beyond his control, he must inform the client as soon as possible by telephone or e-mail and offer him a room of identical comfort replacement. If the replacement solution does not suit the customer, the latter will be immediately reimbursed for the sums paid.

In the event of a client's behavior affecting the good manners and serenity of the premises, the management reserves the right to refuse to maintain the stay of the person(s) concerned.

In this specific case, the services paid and not consumed will be reimbursed to the customer.

Article 5 - Time of arrival: The customer must arrive on the specified day of the reservation and at the times mentioned below. The rooms are available from 2 p.m. Please let us know if

arrival after 7 p.m., after that contact us. Remember to book your table d'hôtes (meals served in the evening only by reservation).


Section 6 - Departure time: The rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m., after 12 p.m. you will be charged for an additional night.


Section 7 - Payment of the balance of the accommodation: Consumption and additional services not mentioned in this contract will be paid in cash at the end of the stay.


Section 8 - Tourist tax: The tourist tax is collected by the owner on behalf of the municipality and is then transferred to the tax services.


Section 9 - Change of rooms: The owner reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer for a room of the same capacity or a higher capacity, without the customer being able to claim any compensation. In such a case, the owner will warn the customer of this fact, the cost of the reservation will remain unchanged.


Section 10 - Capacity: This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the day of arrival, the number of occupants is higher, the owner is able to refuse the additional people. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of people greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.

To preserve the security of the premises, only people who have completed the police forms on arrival are accepted at Jardin Vanille.


Section 11 - Pets: Pets are not accepted at Jardin Vanille. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the client, the refusal to accept the animals and their owners by the owner of the guest rooms cannot be equated with a modification or breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner. So that in case of departure of the customer, no refund can be considered.


Section 12 - Art of living, use of the premises: Respect for a certain art of living is required of all guests to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of its guests. In addition, it is requested not to eat or smoke in the rooms. The customer undertakes to respect the instructions for good manners appearing in the rooms and in these general conditions of sale. The customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and assume financially, any possible deterioration for which he may be responsible.


Section 13 - These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed acquired upon payment of the installments.


Section 14 - In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. The "Jardin Vanille" undertakes not to transmit the information that you have communicated to other companies or organizations.


Section 15 - Attention

- Our promotional offers cannot be combined with each other.

- Conditions, prices and offers are non-contractual and can be modified without notice.
